Regional Sales Manager
Excellent sales management opportunity for highly motivated professional. RSM will act as a liaison between Heat-Timer and regional manufacturers’ representatives by assisting and motivating representatives to meet their territorial sales goals. RSM will also be expected to give technical presentations to contractors, engineers, and end-users and teach manufacturers reps to do the same.
Candidate must have 10-years of experience within the HVAC industry, a minimum of 2-years experience in sales, and be willing to travel. Relocation Heat-Timer corporate office in Fairfield, NJ may be required. Salary is commensurate with experience. Compensation package also includes a performance-based bonus, medical and dental coverage, and 401K. Multiple territories available throughout the US.

Senior Hardware Engineer
Design and develop analog and digital circuits. Develop and maintain the architecture for new and existing hardware systems, ensure compatibility and integration with the software, diagnose, resolve component bugs and malfunctions. Develop software to control products and test equipment, store collected test data, and process stored data to evaluate pass/fail criteria along with parsing results into test data sheets. Perform all essential analog and digital circuit design functions including architecture, design, debug, launch and maintenance for new and existing products. Test fixture hardware design competencies. Lead or assist in hardware-firmware integration during the product development cycle. Drive product innovation through research and evaluation of new technologies. Collaborate with other departments to launch high quality, high reliability hardware solutions with an emphasis on design for manufacturability and test. Develop design documentation including requirements, performance, safety, and test specifications. Provide support for customers and other departments within the company.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in position offered or related position, including 5 years of experience with: microprocessor and supporting digital circuit design and development; analog design including instrumentation and low voltage power supplies; circuit protection techniques to guard against damage from real-world environmental anomalies, including installer error; circuit troubleshooting skills using a variety of laboratory test and measurement equipment, including Oscilloscope and Logic Analyzer; PCB design using Mentor Graphics; and RF and digital instrumentation, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, signal sources.
