Set, Save, and Sit Back With the Heat-Timer® Mobile App
Many of the most common heating issues in buildings can be diagnosed through our mobile app. Wireless room temperature sensors strategically placed throughout your building give you “at a glance” monitoring of heating system performance, and the ability to adjust key parameters that improve comfort levels without leaving your home or office.

Key Remote Capabilities of the Heat-Timer® App include:
Push Notifications
- Alarm Notifications: Push notifications are now sent for alarms if you have email alerts configured, access to that control, and your mobile app login email matches the alert email.
*****Note: End alarms are not sent via push notifications.
Login Features
- Onboarding Slides: Three introductory slides appear the first time you log in, guiding you through the app’s main features.
- Forgot Password: Reset your password directly from the app.
- Automatic Sign-In: Enable auto sign-in in the settings tab and check “Remember me” at first login. This will take you straight to the Overview page without having to click “Log In.”
Home Screen
- Control Sorting: Sort controls by the number of alarms (default), space average, building name, or internet connection status.
- Alarm Status Indicator: A tab at the bottom of each control displays alarm status: orange for active alarms, green when all is clear.
- Space Average Target Visuals:
- Blue sad house: Temperature is 2° below target.
- Green happy house: Temperature is within +/-2° of the target.
- Red unhappy house: Temperature is 2° above target.
- Alarm Count: The top of the screen shows the total alarms in your account. Tap this or the alarm tab to view.
Account Alarms
- Suspend Alarm: Temporarily suspend an alarm from the app, setting the date and time for it to resume.
- Alarm Navigation: Tap an alarm to go directly to that control’s dashboard.
User Settings
- Change Password Update your password in the User Settings tab.
- Push Notification Toggle: Enable or disable push notifications here.
- Automatic Sign-In Toggle: Manage automatic sign-in settings.
Control Dashboard
- Bypass Timer: Set a timer (1, 2, 4, 8, 12, or 24 hours) for the control to return to Auto mode from bypass.
- Indoor-Outdoor Graph: View the past 24 hours of system, outdoor, and space temperatures.
- Space Average Target Indicator: Displayed here for easy reference.
Control Sensors
- Sensor Grouping: Sensors are now grouped by category (Space and Boiler Room) and listed alphabetically.
- Space Sensor Target Icon: Displays visual indicators for cold, good, or hot.
Control Alarms
- Suspend Alarm: Same suspend feature as above, allows you to set an end date.
Control Settings
- Basic vs. Advanced Settings: The settings page now has a simplified “Basic” view for easier control adjustments, with “Advanced” settings available through a toggle.
- Range Sliders: Adjust temperature settings with an intuitive slider.
