The COVID-19 virus is dominating the news cycle and it must also be dominating your personal and professional conversations. Heat-Timer is no different; we are actively implementing our response to this ever evolving situation while operating in an environment of considerable uncertainty.
As the leader in boiler controls in the United States since 1937, we’ve prided ourselves on keeping our customers informed every step of the way. As we continue to closely track developments regarding COVID-19 our future decisions will be made with customers as a top priority.
Rest assured we are following hygiene recommendations from the CDC and public health officials. Out of an abundance of caution, we have implemented several measures to protect the well-being of our customers and staff. We have already started staggered shifts while others employees are supporting customers from home.
We are working hard to minimize any disruptions. As of the writing of this email our factory in Fairfield, NJ is fully operational and open for business.
We understand that our customers count on our boilers controls and mixing valves to provide heat and hot water in thousands of buildings across the USA and Canada. We take this responsibility very seriously and will do everything in our power to continue to provide you with the level of customer service that you’ve been accustomed to over the past 80 years.
